Jan L. Blue
Vice President, Human Resources

Jan L. Blue joined us in November 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Hoag, she was Senior Vice President & Corporate Officer at FCG, Inc., a leading provider of outsourcing, consulting, systems implementation and integration services and proprietary software products for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences organizations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Ms. Blue was with FCG for 10 years until they were sold to Computer Sciences Corporation in a public trade.

Before joining FCG, she was a healthcare consultant at the Hay Group from December 1996 through December 1998. Additionally, she served in a variety of senior HR leadership positions at Presbyterian Healthcare System in Dallas (now Texas Healthcare Resources) for 10 years. Ms. Blue is also a Registered Nurse.

Currently, she serves as a board member for the 552 Club which is affiliated with Hoag Hospital's Foundation.

Ms. Blue attended Texas Tech University and has a BSN from West Texas A&M University.
