Located on the bayside bluffs overlooking Newport Beach, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is a 498-bed acute care, not-for-profit hospital that remains one of the most respected healthcare providers in Southern California. Hoag Hospital's mission is to provide the highest quality patient care and in meeting that goal, we equip our staff with the latest state-of-the-art technology available. Hoag has consistently made financial resources available to support its growth - committing millions of dollars to medical advancements, research and technologies. Since opening its doors in 1952, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian has grown from 75 licensed beds to 498, and recently expanded its campus with the addition of the new Sue & Bill Gross Women's Pavilion in October 2005.
