Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Hoag's Tuition Reimbursement Program offers staff members an excellent method for obtaining a degree or enhancing their work environment and practical expertise. Continuing education (CE) that leads to earning a degree, certification, relates to an employee's current job, or will lead to a hospital profession, is supported through this comprehensive program.
Expenses that are eligible for reimbursement include tuition, registration fees, lab fees, special equipment and required books.
Hoag employees may request tuition reimbursement after one year of employment and department head approval prior to attending a class. Hoag's reimbursement process is simple. After the course has ended, just submit proof of completion such as a grade report and receipts, and the reimbursement request is processed. Satisfactory completion of the course is required to receive reimbursement.
