How long have they been in business?
2. Call a close friend for recommendation.
3. Facilities and equipment.
Go in person to evaluate the facility.

Who is available when there is a problem?

Don't just call on the phone for prices.
Don't shop alone.
Keep in mind what the family can afford.

a price list at the time of the initial conference.
