Jennifer Mitzner
Senior Vice President and CFO

As Senior Vice President and CFO, Jennifer Mitzner oversees all hospital accounting, including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and treasury for Hoag Hospital. She also holds responsibility for the finance department, corporate compliance, corporate communications, human resources, revenue cycle and legal department.

Ms. Mitzner, who joined Hoag in 1994, participates on a number of internal committees, including the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, the Investment Management Committee of the Board of Directors and the Hoag Foundation Finance and Audit Committee.

Prior to joining Hoag, Ms. Mitzner worked as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick focusing mainly on healthcare and insurance industry clients on both audit and consulting engagements.

A certified public accountant, she received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas Christian University and her master's degree in public administration/healthcare administration from the University of San Francisco.
