Cynthia Harris Perazzo
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development

Cynthia Harris Perazzo has an extensive background in strategic business development and the healthcare industry. Before joining Hoag as SVP of Strategy and Business Development she served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Premier, Inc. Her responsibilities included supporting strategy development and deployment and business development for Premier. She joined Premier in 2000 as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives responsible for identifying and executing strategic investments and business development.

Cynthia serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Pacific South Coast Chapter. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
